TYPE OF WORKS
Artworks can be presented on any support/material, including edited works, with no limitations. Artists intending to participate in the artistic residency and exhibition will be requested further informational material and available artworks.

EXHIBITION AND ARTISTIC RESIDENCES
The exhibition of artists and artistic residencies will take place between 2025 and 2026; The final schedule will be published at the end of the open call and agreed upon with the resident artists and their availability. Transportation expenses for the exhibition artworks are covered by the artists.

REGISTRATION AND MATERIAL
Registration takes place via this link "APPLY NOW" and a maximum of 2 presentation works (images and/or videos), a biography and a brief description of the project to be carried out with the funding of the COCA PROJECT will be requested.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 
The property of the presented works will remain to the artists, COCA Project will use video and photographic materials only to promote the artist during the exhibitions and on the online platform.

FREE PRE-SELECTION
The pre-selection is free of charge; only the artists selected by the jury can subsequently register by paying the fee of € 67. There are four voting stages: Pre-selection | Selection | Finalists | Artists in the exhibition.

DEADLINE AND PUBLICATION OF RESULTS
The open call will close on March 21, 2025. The results of the selected artists and finalists will be published in real time on www.cocaproject.art, and each artist will be notified via email.
