Intimate Argument 2020

Original Painting, acrylic on canvas, 50x70cm.
The relationship experience involves many sides of the same truth.
The bold emotional intimacy means sharing our feelings with the intent of lowering the walls between us.
It's the opposite of mute and detached emotions.
Let's not get sucked into the content of a single argument!

Perception 2020

Original Painting, acrylic on canvas, 70x70cm.
We're constantly changing, this is the human experience.
Here I'm erasing the self-identification because the perspective of the observer is less important than self-awareness.
Distortion has no errors, it addresses the emotional.
Distortion means erasing the boundaries of a memory.
(Textural canvas, painted edges, ready to be displayed.)

Memory Of A Perfect Family 2020

Original Painting, acrylic on canvas, 50x70cm.
Time sifts our memories, not how we want to, but according to our core beliefs and our most intimate wishes.
Everything fades away, but it seems that negative memories have their own way of piercing the reality when we're least expecting.
(Textural canvas, painted edges, ready to be displayed)

Vera Moise

My name is Vera Moise, I'm a self-taught emerging artist, former business manager and teacher, mother of one, wife and everything in between.

I'm really interested in how social interactions or everyday happenings are affecting my emotional well-being. Because it seems that an environmental issue or a corruption matter can shake me up or disturb me even more than a personal loss or a memory sometimes.

I'm working to explore these aspects through my paintings, the result is my visual struggle. The abstract engages my heart and I intuitively play with my ideas. The colors help me to have a better perspective. They fuel a change within me towards something constructive.
