Tom Atwood has shot over 100 luminaries such as Hilary Swank, Buzz Aldrin and John Waters. His second book, Kings & Queens in Their Castles, was recently published by Damiani. The book won multiple awards including First Place in the International Photography Awards (book category) as well as a Lucie Award (book-other category). He also won Photographer of the Year from London's Worldwide Photography Gala Awards, first place in Portraiture in the Prix de la Photographie Paris and has won over 50 other awards. Atwood's work has exhibited at the Smithsonian Museum (National Portrait Gallery), Museum of Photographic Arts, the George Eastman Museum, the Center for Fine Art Photography and several other institutions. Atwood's work has been featured in over 200 publications including The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, New Yorker, Art Newspaper, Elle and PDN. Atwood has a Bachelors from Harvard and a Masters from Cambridge (England).
