Piggy Bank 2019

32×40 inches oil on synthetic fabric

2019 is the year of pig by the Chinese Zodiac. Having a sensitive relationship between the U.S. and China, I created the painting inspired by a Piggy Bank jars from my childhood. As the Piggy Bank would normally have been smashed by myself in order to access the savings. I wish Piggy Bank could be a real-life accompany and keep growing wealth for me.
