58 Rua Ferreira Bretas 2020

The work is “58 Ferreira Bretas Street”, also created in 2020. This work is a portrait of my childhood with my mother who lived at this address. The boy standing at the door is a self-portrait from the time I used to visit her – she had to give up my upbringing to my father's care so I could have the opportunity to study. I've always floated through totally different realities. The most joyful moments of my life were in that house, walking or standing barefoot by the doorway. This picture is very personal and very emotional.

Important man 2021

An important man walking down the street and being photographed for some magazine or newspaper. Not in the violent part of the issue but as someone important.

Little Strongheart 2021

My grandmother's childhood. And their stories and teachings that were passed on to me.
