Luciana Luchesi (b. 1977, Ribeirão Preto, Brazil) lives and works in São Paulo. She graduated in law and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Escola Panamericana in 2004, where she specialized in Expressionism. In 2010, she delved into Art History and Painting in a course at MuBE. In 2011, she studied Art History at Escola Panamericana with Giovanni Bagnoli. She is currently attending Painting Guidance sessions led by artist Regina Parra. Luciana's paintings depict a liquid world where some recognizable elements emerge within intense chromatic fields, featuring a wide variety of colors and thicknesses contained in each painting. The intensity of her brushstrokes and the characteristic texture of her work portray emotions, memories, and themes that have greatly influenced her professional and personal development. Her early career works address the feminine universe, offering a playful perspective on the theme while also deeply discussing the position and interpretation of women.
