The work is comprised of two related processes: an object made of boxes, and a documentary video about the Enthronement of Metropolitan Joanikije in Cetinje, Montenegro
This piece represents a synthesis of a documentary film and a ready-made object that scrutinises the current socio-political events and the sociological context in which they take place. Structurally, the work consists of a documentary recording of a public event – the enthronement of Metropolitan Joanikije in Cetinje in 2021, and empty boxes for storing and transporting bananas, stacked on metal carts for cargo transportation, through which the documentary recording is projected. The boxes are arranged so that a hole, an empty space, is left gaping in the middle of the composition, the opening of which prevents the visibility (projection) of the metropolitan's face.

Ivana Radovanović (Titograd, 1983). She earned her PhD from the FF Arts in Belgrade. As a Fulbright scholar, she completed a postdoctoral research program at St. John’s University in New York. As an artist-in-residence, she was selected for the Fulbright “Silvermine” program in Connecticut, USA (2019). She presented her works at the international exhibition “Imago Mundi Highlights / Art Theorem # 1”, at the opening of the Imago Mundi Museum in Treviso, Italy (2018). Her project “Čovjek Uomo Human” represented Montenegro at the 57th Venice Biennale (2017). She participated in the residency program “ArTwins in Open Spaces” – PAFOS ECC (2017). She is the winner of the Award of the Biennial of Young Artists of Europe and the Mediterranean (BJCEM), Honorable Mention of the International Sculpture Center’s 2023 Innovator Award, Grand Prix of the 37th Montenegrin Art Salon “13 November” (2015). In 2022 participated in 41—International Symposium of Large-Scale Terracotta Sculpture -TERRA.
