Anenome 2020
Porcelain and semi-matt turqoise glaze, fired to 1250 degrees centigrade.
22cm tall
The idea is to create a sense of movement in a static object.
The work is fired at an angle-one end higher than the other. The clay moves at high temperatures and this movement is captured.
My intention is to make larger versions of this work at some point in 2020.
