"Moment before" 2019
Thematically, my recent works are related to the theme of water – water as a diverse symbol, where the labyrinth of lines creates movement and continuous variability. The horizontal and vertical reflections of wawe lines create a movement that encodes the contemplation of Time and eternal transformation, energy, change and purification. The flow of water and time, eternal movement and continuity, water as a boundary for another materiality, water as a reflection…Water, as one of the oldest symbols of life, water as a universe and changing part of the material world, the constant emergence and transformation of matter, the flow of existence and departure.
The source of inspiration for my works are forms found in nature, which invite the viewer to observe the challenge of painting – to reproduce the self-expression of reality.
"Island of the Previous day" 2022
This work is my intuitive vision, which I began painting in 2021. It captures the heightened emotions of that moment in a changing world around us and the irreversible flow of time. Water serves as a symbol, with its visible surface layer and the playful movement of waves, reflecting the unseen and the intuitive.
