Cocoon #1 2021
I have been thinking about our personal spaces and how our movements have been restricted and contained over the past 12 months. These forms evolved from the notion of being "cocooned" – that it is a transitory state and not a permanent existence. These pieces are from an ongoing work in progress, which I would like to continue and conclude with the support from COCA

I work in a range of media including painting, printing and ceramics. I am currently focusing on developing my ceramic practice. My work is all hand built, and I am interested in exploring different surface textures and glazes, as well as alternative methods of firing.
Since completing my studies in Fine Art in 2015, I have had one solo exhibition, one joint exhibition, and have participated in numerous group shows.
