I am a practising visual artist from India. Having been interested in landscapes initially, I developed interest in cityscapes as I watched a somewhat traditional city grow into a modern one with towering sky scrapers. This transformation has inspired me to create paintings in different mediums and genres. I initially started with realistic paintings. This was followed by composing paintings with metal rods and plates. To attain the chaos and cluster I used free flowing mediums to create the rhythm. In my current series I have used wood as my base annd tried to attain the rawness and sensibilities of nature.
